On September 30, 2025, EPA Region 1 entered into an expedited settlement agreement (Agreement) with REPM, Inc., addressing violations of the General Permit for Discharges from Construction Activities (CGP) at The Camelot site in Northbridge, Massachusetts. On December 18, 2024, EPA Region 1 conducted an inspection at The Camelot site and observed that the facility had failed to apply for permit coverage. After the inspection, Facility applied for and obtained permit coverage. Pursuant to the Agreement, REPM, Inc. will pay a $4,200 penalty. EPA implements the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System program in Massachusetts. The case team consulted with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection on this matter.
