On September 30, 2025, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement Final Order under its authority pursuant to the Clean Air Act to Arlanxeo Orange Site located in Orange, Texas. The CAFO was issued in response to violations of: 40 CFR 63 Subparts A and FFFF. The CAFO requires Arlanxeo to 1) submit a completed supplemental NOCS, 2) operate the flare to meet a net heating value in the combustion zone of 270 BTU/scf. Arlanxeo must pay a penalty of $150,000 within 30 days.
