On 1/31/25, EPA Region 6 issued a formal Notice of Warning (NOW) to Fruit of the Earth, Inc (Respondent) for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. The EPA alleges that Respondent failed to timely file pesticide production reports for its registered establishments 91673-TX-1 & 91673-TX-2 for the years 2020 through 2023.
