On 9/5/25, EPA Region 6 issued a formal Notice of Warning & Notice of Intent to Terminate to Custom Chemical Services LLC (Respondent), for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. The EPA alleges that Respondent failed to file pesticide production reports for its registered establishment 96133-TX-1 for the years 2021 through 2024.
