On November 21-22, EPA conducted a Compliance Evaluation Audit of the County MS4. As a result of that audit, EPA observed noncompliance including failure to obtain a permit for stormwater discharges associated with industrial activity, failure to properly maintain stormwater facilities, and failure to update the SPPP.
