An Administrative Compliance Order was issued to Respondent for exceedances of benchmark limits for chemical oxygen demand (COD) on at least thirty (30) occasions, and Oil and Grease benchmark limits on at least four (4) occasions. The site has not taken corrective actions to address these exceedances.
