On August 15th, 2025, the EPA entered a settlement agreement with SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. (SiteOne), to resolve liabilities under FIFRA. As part of the agreement, memorialized in a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO), SiteOne will pay a civil penalty in the amount of $311,313. The CAFO resolves SiteOne?s liabilities under section 12(a)(1)(E) of FIFRA for 390 unlawful distributions of misbranded pesticides.
