The following violations were identified and resolved: failure to make a hazardous waste determination, failure to label hazardous waste containers with the words hazardous waste , failure to keep hazardous waste containers closed, failure to containerize hazardous waste, and failure to provide RCRA training to the primary emergency coordinator.
