On October 2, EPA Region 9 entered into a Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act Consent Agreement and Final Order with Richmont Industries, LLC., headquartered in New York, NY. The investigation uncovered 7 shipments of misbranded pesticide, Disinfex, illegally imported into the US through the port of Los Angeles/Long Beach.
