On 10/7/25, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order and Agreement on Consent (SSUROAC) under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Rowe Casa Organics LLC, located in New Boston, TX. The SSUROAC was issued in response to alleged violations of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA for selling an unregistered pesticide. The SSUROAC requires Rowe Casa Organics to immediately stop all sales and distribution of the product, Rowe Casa Organics Insect Repellent Spray.
