On October 2, 2025, EPA Region 6 entered into a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) with Clean Harbors LaPorte LP (Respondent), located in La Porte, TX. The CAFO was issued in response to an alleged violation of TSCA for Respondent's failure to label each polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) storage area with the appropriate PCB ML mark. The CAFO requires Respondent to pay a civil penalty of $8,461. The alleged violation has been corrected.
