On October 10, 2025, EPA issued an Administrative Order (AO) to Arena Offshore, LP for violation of the NPDES General Permit. The AO includes effluent limit violations and findings from inspections led by the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) on March 12, 2025. Arena Offshore, LP has 30 days to comply with the conditions of the AO.
