Annual testing of leak detection equipment to include probes, and automatic tank gauge was not conducted in three years. Additionally, periodic testing of spill buckets and overfill prevention devices were not done. The cathodic protection system was not tested within the required three year time frame. Testing was conducted 2 years late.
