On August 29, 2025 the EPA Headquarters issued a Notice of Warning (NOW) to On Track Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Clear Gear indicating the EPA had evidence that they were in violation of FIFRA sections 12(a)(1)(B) and 12(a)(1)(E). These provisions make it unlawful to sell or distribute any registered pesticides if any claims made for it substantially differ from claims made during registration and any pesticides which are adulterated or misbranded.
