The AO was issued in response to violations of: 1) failure to collect total coliform water samples; System Sampling Plan that identifies total coliform sampling sites and a sample collection schedule, and 3) provide Public Notice for violations. The AO requires Raton Pass Camp 1) collect total coliform samples; 2) develop a DSSP; and 3) issue pubic notices.
