The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), after reviewing the above-referenced shipment or entry, has determined that the Importer has violated the American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder and recommends
that the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) deny entry of the Subject HFCs. This letter provides a summary of the applicable law and details EPAs determination and recommendation.
