Lincoln Industries has notified as a State of Nebraska and Federal Large Quantity Generator of D001, D006, D007, D008, D009, and D035 characteristic and F003, F005, and F006 listed hazardous waste. Based upon the amount and type of hazardous waste generated at Lincoln Industries, the facility was inspected as an LQG of hazardous waste, small quantity handler of universal waste, and used oil generator.
Lincoln failed to make hazardous waste determinations, improperly stored hazardous waste containers, failed to manage hazardous waste properly and failed to meet emergency preparedness requirements.
