On November 14, 2025, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to Section 13(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. Section 136k(a), to AK Wholesale LLC (Respondent), located in Conroe, Texas. The SSURO was issued in response to Respondent's alleged sale/distribution of unregistered pesticides. The SSURO requires Respondent to immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of the products Fabuloso Ultra Frescura, Ariel Matic, Clorox Ropa, and Clorox (Spanish Label), unless written permission is provided by the EPA.
