On 11/20/25, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to Section 13(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, & Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. Section 136k(a), to C.T. Grocers dba La Abarrotera (Respondent), located in San Antonio, Texas. The SSURO was issued in response to Respondent's alleged distribution of unregistered pesticides. The SSURO requires Respondent to immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of the product Salvo Multiusos unless written permission is provided by the EPA.
