On December 19, 2025, Region 10 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement with A&N Trading LLC for violations of Title II of the Clean Air Act. A&N Trading LLC imported uncertified motor vehicles in June 2024. The violation was identified by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers located in Seattle, Washington and referred to EPA. This is the first enforcement action EPA has taken against A&N Trading LLC for importing non-conforming motor vehicles. A&N Trading LLC will pay a civil penalty of $7,729.00.
