On October 30, 2024, CWA team conducted a compliance evaluation inspection at Subdivision Lot #6 and #7. At the time of the CEI, violations were observed, including sediment laden catch basins, failure to properly maintain silt fencing, concrete washout stations, minimizing construction material to stormwater and exposure of building products. As a result, an ESA is being issued.
