On November 6, Region 3 issued a Notice of Warning to Simplot Grower Solutions of Pocomoke City, MD for suspected sale or distribution of misbranded pesticides. This was based on information gathered during a FIFRA producer establishment inspection. This action supports the Powering the Great American Comeback initiative - Pillar 1: Clean Air, Land, and Water for Every American. The Maryland Department of Agriculture was provided notice of the planned enforcement action and had no objections.
