On 12/02/25, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) to Border Wholesale Inc., doing business as Border Cash & Carry Inc (Respondent), located in San Antonio, TX, for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The EPA alleges that Respondent distributed or sold an unregistered pesticidal product (Bed Bugs No More), in violation of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, Section 136j(a)(1)(A). Respondent is ordered to immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of the product under its ownership, control, or custody, except in accordance with the provisions of the SSURO, or until such time that the product is in compliance.
