Respondent is agreeing to an Administrative Order for Compliance on Consent. The facility was observed discharging from their waste lagoons and from production barns during an EPA inspection in 2025. The facility was previously observed discharging from their waste lagoons during an MoDNR inspection in 2019. Among other requirements, the facility agrees to cease and prevent future discharges, submit to EPA and interim measures plan, provide ongoing updates of progress and records to the EPA and to apply for an NPDES permit.
