The Facility had a release of anhydrous ammonia in 2023. Following the inspection of the Facility, concerns were noted with the Facility's Risk Management Program. The noted issues have been addressed. Penalty was paid for the violations under the regulations set forth in 40 C.F.R. Part 68.
