Administrative Order pursuant to the authority set forth in the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) Section 1414, 42 U.S.C. ? 300g-3(g), to address deficiencies in the Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA) and Emergency Response Plan (ERP) for the Santa Cruz Water Department public water system (PWS ID No. CA4410010) (System). SDWA Section 1433 requires community water systems to certify completion of an RRA and an ERP that include the components listed in SDWA Section 1433.
