This Administrative Compliance Order is issued to Township for violations of the NJDEPNJPDES R9 - Tier A Municipal Stormwater General Permit. Violations include failure to update the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan to include all required information; failure to maintain sufficient documentation as required; failure to inspect and maintain stormwater infrastructure owned and operated by the Township; failure to develop and implement a program to ensure adequate long-term operation and maintenance of private stormwater facilities; failure to implement required best management practices; and failure to inspect 100% of all Township owned or operated storm drain inlets. The Order includes a compliance schedule requiring the Township to address deficiencies identified during EPA's July 16, 2025, and July 22 - 23, 2025 MS4 audit.
