On December 10, 2025, Region 1 issued Administrative Orders (AO) to seven public water systems in Connecticut for failure to comply with the initial Service Line Inventory requirements of the Lead and Copper Revised Rule. The AOs require each system to submit their initial Service Line Inventory within 30 days of signature of the AO and clarifies public notification requirements under the LCRR and Lead and Copper Rule Improvement.
