On 12/15/25, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order & Agreement on Consent (SSUROAC) to Sprouts Farmers Market Inc. (Respondent) for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, & Rodenticide Act. The SSUROAC was issued in response to alleged violations of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA for selling unregistered pesticides. The SSUROAC requires Respondent to immediately stop all sales and distribution of the products.
