Colorado Tri-Flo Systems, LLC violated section 7(c) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act, 7 U.S.C. ? 136 et seq., as amended (FIFRA) and its implementing regulations at 40 C.F.R. part 167 by failing to submit its annual Pesticide Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments for calendar year 2024 by March 1, 2025.
