On December 16, 2025, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement & Final Order (ESAFO) under its authority pursuant to Section 14(a) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136l(a), and 40 C.F.R. Section 22.13(b), to Taylor & Stuckey, Inc. (Respondent), located in Trumann, Arkansas. The ESAFO was issued in response to alleged violations of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), for Respondent's failure to file annual pesticide production reports for its registered establishment by the March 1st due date. An ESAFO was previously issued to Respondent on July 14, 2022, for failure to timely file reports. The ESAFO requires Respondent to pay a penalty of $1,000 within 30 calendar days from the date of filing.
