On December 16, 2025, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) under its authority pursuant to Section 14(a) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136l(a), and 40 C.F.R. Section 22.13(b), to West Sanitation Services, Inc., dba Aerowest International (Respondent), located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The ESAFO was issued in response to Respondent's alleged failure to timely submit an annual pesticide production report on or before March 1, 2025. The ESA requires Respondent to pay a civil penalty of $500.
