On 12/19/25, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) under its authority pursuant to Section 14(a) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136l(a), and 40 C.F.R. Section 22.13(b) to Arrow-Magnolia International, Inc. (Respondent), located in Dallas, Texas. The ESAFO was issued in response to Respondent's alleged violation of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), for failing to file a 2024 pesticide production report for its registered establishment by the 3/1/25 due date. A Notice of Warning was previously issued to Respondent on 1/19/23 for alleged failure to timely file reports. The ESAFO requires Respondent to pay a civil penalty of $1,000 within 30 calendar days.
