On 12/1/25, EPA Region 6 issued a formal Notice of Warning and Notice of Intent to Terminate to The SaniBros LLC (Respondent) for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. The EPA alleges that Respondent failed to file pesticide production reports for its registered establishments 97954-TX-1 (Sugar Land, TX) and 97954-TX-2 (Houston, TX) for the years 2021 through 2024.
