Several EPA conducted inspections revealed respondent was applying Restricted Use Pesticides (RUPs) in Indian Country (Winnebago Tribe Reservation) without their applicators (2) being certified to apply RUPs in Indian Country. One handler/loader was not wearing the required personal protection equipment (chemical resistant gloves) during the handling/loading of two different RUPs.
