On April 3, 2026, Region 10 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement resolving CWA violations at Pacific Steel and Recycling in Boise, Idaho. Alleged violations included failure to conduct all required Quarterly Visual Assessments (QVA), failure to properly summarize visual assessments in annual reports, and failure to maintain facility inspection reports with the Facility?s Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). The Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $2,578 and has returned to compliance.
