The United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9 {EPA) and United States Marine Corps (Respondent) enter into this Administrative Order on Consent (Order) for the purpose of bringing the Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC) and Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) Twentynine Palms public water system (PWS ID. No. CA3610703 or System) into compliance with the requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act, 42 U.S.C. Section300f et seq. (SDWA or the Act).
