On 1/7/26, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) under its authority pursuant to Section 14(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. Section 136l(a), and 40 C.F.R. Section 22.13(b), to SE Feeders Durant LLC (Respondent), located in Durant, Oklahoma. The ESAFO was issued for Respondent's alleged violation of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by failing to file a 2024 pesticide production report for its registered establishment 93086-OK-1 by the 3/1/25 due date. A Notice of Warning was previously issued to Respondent on 1/19/23 for failure to timely file reports. Respondent is required to pay a civil penalty of $300 within 30 calendar days from the date of the ESAFO issue date.
