On January 15, 2026, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement & Final Order (ESAFO) under its authority pursuant to Section 14(a) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136l(a), and 40 C.F.R. Section 22.13(b), to Chemmark of Houston, Inc. (Respondent), located in Houston, Texas. The ESAFO was issued in response to Respondent's alleged violation of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), by Respondent's failure to file a 2024 pesticide production report for its registered establishment 74620-TX-1 by the March 1, 2025 due date. A formal Notice of Warning was previously issued to Respondent on January 19, 2024, for failure to timely file reports. The ESAFO requires Respondent to pay a civil penalty of $500 within 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
