On 1/15/26, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to Section 13(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. Section 136k(a), to Abraham Grocery & Wholesale LLC (Respondent) located in Stafford, Texas. The SSURO was issued for alleged violations of FIFRA involving Respondent's sale and distribution of unregistered pesticides. The SSURO requires Respondent to immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of Fabuloso Ultra Frescura Antibacterial Y Antiviral, Fabuloso Frescura Activa Antibacterial Y Antiviral, Fabuloso Antibacterial Y Antiviral Trap Para Trapear, Fabuloso Alternative al Cloro, Clorox Ropa, Clorox (Spanish Label), 4you Strong Desinfectant, and Ariel Doble Poder, unless written permission is provided by the EPA.
