On 1/15/26, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) to Better Choice Brands LLC (Respondent), located in Columbia, MO, for an alleged violation of Section 12(a)(1)(E) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The EPA alleges that Respondent distributed or sold a pesticide without an EPA Establishment Number on its product label. Respondent will pay a civil penalty of $2,000 within 30 days of the date of issue of the CAFO.
