On 2/18/2026, EPA Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving Marine Protection, Research and Sanctuaries Act violations by GWWH, a Joint Venture, and J.E. McAmis, Inc. GWWH and J.E. McAmis dumped 40,000 cubic yards of dredged material from a project in Astoria, Oregon into an unauthorized location in the Pacific Ocean in violation of MPRSA. Respondents agreed to pay a penalty of $225,000.
