On 1/28/26, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) to La Silla Wholesale, LLC (Respondent), located in Dallas, TX, pursuant to its authority under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). During an 11/20/25 inspection of Respondent's facility, EPA representatives identified a pesticidal product that was not registered pursuant to Section 3 of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136a, nor is it registered at the time of the issuance of this SSURO. Respondent is hereby ordered to immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of the product under its ownership, control, or custody, except in accordance with the provisions of this SSURO, or until such time that the product is in compliance with FIFRA.
