An Expedited Settlement Agreement to resolve violations of FIFRA. Respondent imported two shipments of Api-Bioxal RTU Beehive Solution (EPA Reg. No. 73291-3) bearing an invalid EPA establishment number on the product label. Respondent also failed to file Notices of Arrival (NOA) for three products in the first imported shipment. Respondent will bring the misbranded products into compliance and file the NOAs.
