On November 26, 2025, EPA issued an Administrative Order (AO) to LLOG Exploration Offshore, L.L.C. for violation of the NPDES General Permit. The AO includes effluent limit violations and findings from inspections led by the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) on September 20, 2024.LLOG Exploration Offshore, L.L.C. has 30 days to comply with the conditions of the AO.
