On January 27, 2026, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESAFO) under its authority pursuant to Section 14(a) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136l(a), and 40 C.F.R. Section 22.13(b), to Dumas Seed Cleaners (Respondent), located in Dumas, Arkansas. The ESAFO was issued in response to an alleged violation of Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(L), for Respondent's failure to timely file an annual pesticide production report for its registered establishment 101403-AR-1. A Notice of Warning was previously issued to Dumas Seed Cleaners in 2024 for failure to timely file reports. The ESAFO requires Respondent to pay a civil penalty of $500 within 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
