On February 4, 2026, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Koala Eco Company USA, Limited (Respondent), located in Keene, NH. The CAFO was issued in response to alleged violations of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, for the sale/distribution of unregistered pesticides. The CAFO requires Respondent to pay a civil penalty of $69,197 within 60 days of the date of issue.
