On 2/5/26, EPA Region 6 issued a formal Notice of Warning (NOW) to SCA Imports and Distribution LLC (Respondent), located in Spring, TX, under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Based on import summary information collected by the EPA, Respondent is hereby warned that distribution or sale of unregistered pesticide products is an illegal act under Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C.
