This Order was sent to address the requirement of 40 C.F.R. Citation 141.84(a) which requires all water systems to develop a service line inventory. Other requirements fall under 40 C.F.R. Citation 141.85(e) which requires systems to provide notification and education materials if customers are on a service line that requires a replacement or identification.
