Respondent failed to properly maintain hazardous waste tanks and their respective tank systems, including the RCRA subpart BB requirements. The facility also failed to manage their hazardous waste containers with respect to the RCRA subpart I hazardous waste container requirements. These failures led to various hazardous waste releases.
